Ice Day and black eyes

We had an ice storm a few weeks ago, and the schools were out because of icy roads; therefore, Aaron didn't have to go to work that day! I took a couple of pictures of Luke and Aaron out on the ice. Also, I had to document Ben's first black eye. The picture really doesn't do it justice. It's been black for over a week now and is still not completely healed yet. He was walking and fell right into the corner of the piano bench; it immediately got really swollen and bruised (it was right on the bone at the outer corner of the eye socket). Amazingly, he didn't cry very much; he cried, but not nearly as long as he'll cry if Luke hits him or takes a toy away. The bruise extended all the way under the eye, and though the picture is not great, it was the best I could do. We were lucky it didn't break the skin worse and require a trip to the doctor's office. He's going to be an easy bruiser like his mommy!
